Holistic personal development differs from traditional approaches to personal development by having one primary prerequisite: an inner connection to the source of being. That is the awakening of conscious awareness. When that is made, personal development becomes a process of effortless mastery.

Any other type of personal development becomes an uphill battle against an unconscious mind too firmly entrenched in its conditioned limited thinking. Instead of self-help, the end-result is self-sabotage. Vision and purpose come from the inner connection to being, without which, we wander aimlessly.

Far too often people set off on one personal development goal or another (especially on New Year’s Day) and fail to meet the goal they set for themselves. Why is that?

The reason is that the methods used to reach these goals are products of a limited mind. The programs, methods, exercises, and processes are nothing but playthings of the mind. There is no real motivation behind them.

It’s like a car without power. You might have comfortable seats, but it’s not going to get you to your destination. And even if your car has power, it does you no good if you don’t know where to go.

The power that enables people to meet extraordinary goals comes from within. Each one of us is infinite in nature. This means, among other things, infinite power. This is the birthright of every one on the planet. But to access it completely, barriers within have to be discovered and removed.

These barriers are the deposits of mental impressions that go back over eons of time. Fears, phobias, judgments, inferiority, superiority, success, failure, sickness, health, weakness, strength, intelligence, and ignorance…the list could go on and on. But each of these experiences forges identities and divisions onto the mind.

Instead of experiencing the infinity of existence and its oneness, the mind latches onto these false identities, creating a sense of fragmentation. Instead of being identified with an infinite ocean, one becomes identified with a finite drop.

As the vision expands to take in more and more of infinity, the yearning to be one with this infinity increases. This is the beginning of divine love, and mystic poets like Hafiz and Rumi have referred to it as a burning in the fire of divine love. This is where limitations begin to go up in smoke.

Rumi, who lived 800 years ago in Turkey, shared this viewpoint. He said “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

That is the essence of this site – to give you the resources to find and remove these barriers to the infinity within.

With a connection to the source of being, real purpose and direction is discovered. For progress is only apparent progress unless one knows where he or she is heading. It does no good to get on a jet aircraft if it isn’t going to take you to where you want to go.
