“Yes we can” is the new clarion call. Nothing can mobilize the dormant and pent-up energy within us than an affirming belief that we are unlimited in our potential, that we are not isolated and separate, but part of a beautiful wholeness that by its nature, includes everyone and everything.
Joseph Campbell once said that it was impossible to know in advance what myth or idea will capture the imagination of the masses. But a simple belief of “Yes we can” seems to have done it for humanity at this time.
And it is this simple belief that has awakened millions from apathy to passion, from defeatism to optimism, from despair to hope, and from no to yes.
We are not doomed to a fate of despair. We hold in our possession the key to unlock all that our hearts envision. In that sense, “Yes We Can” is an essential component of holistic personal development. It’s the Law of Attraction being demonstrated on a universal level.
What began as hope is now a power forging new modes of thinking, unleashing energy, and unlocking creativity — solving the problems of old and building the visions of new.
