Truth is that which is eternally true. Consciousness and the soul is truth. Everything else is just drama. Nothing else really matters but the soul, its awareness of itself, and God, the Supreme Soul. We are constantly creating our own reality through our thoughts. When we have thoughts of peace and pure love we are helping to create a new world. We need to check our thoughts every day to see how much we've changed them and brought them closer to their essence. Taking the mind into peace, silence and stillness regularly is what is needed...........moving away from all the external busyness and many worrisome thoughts of the world and what is going on.
